My best guess would be that they were a cash-in for the club after the successful 5th-placed season, and the Grenadan post office is one of those that'll print whatever you want on a stamp in exchange for some hard currency. A bit like how you get all those limited edition commemorative coins issued by the Crown Dependencies and South Sea Islands. Googling them suggests that they also had something to do with a set of 'Victory Cards', which seemed to commemorate victories against the likes of Kidderminster (AET): |  |
