Interesting that Young, Philogene and Nunez travelled with the squad for the match today watching from the stands. Would have assumed injured players would be at home.

100%. It really really pees me off when you see people saying there’s no team spirit or they’re not gelling. They are. Let’s not forget 6 months ago a lot of these had never met. They care for each other and it was shown by the full time scene today.
Can't see a place in a match day squad for Ashley Young any time soon myself. Nunez certainly has competition in the 10 from Mehmeti as does Philogene from Clarke. Such competition can only be a good thing.

I would expect Young to be in the next match day squad, quite possibly starting as captain!
It will be interesting how strong we go on Friday.
I suspect they are flying out straight from East Midlands Airport for the warm weather training that O'Shea mentioned. Would make sense for the whole squad to go.
