Beautifully formed, as they have been all this week due to a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits, salads and fish.
I anticipate tomorrow morning will be somewhat different though as I’ve been to the pub for dinner and now supping my fourth pint in the garden. |  |

After a fairly decent lunch time session in my Spoons,early Friday morn I had a massive poo,it was perfectly smooth as well not the usual Ghostie I have.
After breakfast of porridge around 7am Friday morn I had the trademark ‘Spoons Explosion’ and that was that for the day.
Hopefully normal service returns today after my tea of scrambled eggs and salmon. |  |
