One I like to do is a couple of pots of fruity yogurt at the bottom of a bowl with some nectarines or peaches chopped up in it, a layer of vanilla or clotted cream ice cream on top of that, then to finish some crushed ginger nuts and/digestive biscuit crumbs. | |
