Sod the match. 19:51 - Apr 21 with 10746 views | NewcyBlue | The FanZone was brilliant. Seb has a whale of a time with Yasmin and Oliver. Also meeting PJH, ChrisSwailes, TLA, and even Rommy made an appearance. At the player awards the players all took time to sign things and have photos taken. Seb is absolutely delighted. I can’t tell you how good our club is. It was also a pleasure to meet our own Phil Ham. I honestly wish you guys could see how Happy Seb is right now and how great a day he has had. I’m shattered.

We had lunch at the Artisan cafe. Delicious. We went to Papa Panda on the recommendation of Hoppy. We had a look at the other recommendations and MrsNewcy said if it had been just the two of us we would go for it, but Seb won’t appreciate really good food. Papa Panda was actually decent for a Chinese Buffet. We did get there fairly early though, food was fresh, service was good. I taught Seb some mandarin, so he said thank you to the staff and they were delighted. For the price and convenience it was right what we needed. MrsNewcy went into the town today, she said she thought it was alright. She quite liked it surprisingly. She’s had a nice relaxing day. She even went back to the Artisan Cafe.

Food was really good. My only gripe is it was served on a slate. The bread was amazing. Seb had a cheese sandwich and I had Eggs Benedict. Seb fell asleep on the way down yesterday so I managed to drive it in one and did it in about 4hrs 10mins.

I had a lovely pub meal recently and it was served on a slate and the chips were in a metal bucket. Purely because of that I haven't eaten there again.

I find that completely and utterly understandable! I really don’t blame you. Slate is for my roof, not my dinner table. Buckets are for peeing in, not chips.

I would only get a season ticket if J2 did. I would then sit behind him flick his ears for the full 90 mins until he learns to cook eggs properly.

Great to see you, and all the other TWTDers we saw today... and was great that immediately after Russell had been on the radio he had a rush of donations for his justgiving page for running the marathon tomorrow! Excellent day, whatever the result was!

Oliver, Seb, and Yasmin were going pretty wild right at the start. Brilliant to see.

Sod the match. on 00:54 - Apr 22 with 5785 views | britbiker | Its not just about the football although it helps if we were a bit more competative. I went to the Black Horse pre match and had several conversations with total strangers . Don't know their names and may never see them again. But its about belonging to something. None of us are glory seekers as we wouldn't be following the Town. My wife doesn't get it at all.
