Only 6 by this time tomorrow. And Rotherham failed to win probably their easiest remaining fixture.

14 without a win for them I think they said on Sky. I think we can still catch them and Bolton this season, just that third club being the problem.

Could've been a lot worse... 6pts plus GD to make up starting Tues then. COYB.

We have to get to about 40 points minimum so today's results are a positive, none of them won again.

Reading look to have the squad most capable of going on a little run but their form has also been rank bad all season. We need a win either tomorrow or Wednesday to have a sniff and that's a big ask.

It was ‘only’ 6 points before Christmas and we were going to have clawed all that back by now, according to some.

Meanwhile on planet Earth....ITFC are down before Easter, sadly.

I'd seriously be happy with a sh1thouse battling draw tomorrow.

I live in hope, but Reading are the ones sadly who will escape, there playing a lot better when they win one they will win two or three that's to much for us or the other two to pull back, Rotherham Bolton and town to drop,

Wow for the first time I have just had a serious look at our remaining fixtures ...ffs that is a mountain too big for us too climb I’m afraid , away to WBA , Blades , Brizzle , Preston and Brentford all teams that are just too good for us sadly ... that’s without tuff home games starting on Wednesday night = mission impossible !!

Not to mention the fact that Derby will be coming to Portman Road seeking to clinch yet another 7th place.

Given how bad our squad is and was, I'd say we were down before Blackburn at home, not a chance that this squad with these second rate additions on loan plus a past it Alan Judge is keeping us up.

It's time to make the best of it.

This. It makes me laugh when people say "9 points isn't too bad". WE HAVE GOT 18 POINTS ALL SEASON!!! Haha. These people will still say "we have a chance" when we are 14 points behind with 5 games left.....

We have to win a few games in a row soon otherwise that's it.

It’s really 10 points though unless we start banging them in for fun with our shocking goal difference.

Had this yesterday with a two season ticket holders in my local.

One was the points are still there it’s possible.

The other said they are but we need to win 3 and draw 1 on the bounce just to go above Rotherham!

It’s never going to happen is it while we are propping up the rest of the table.

Down we go.

It's not, Rotherham are 8 goals better off than us but for us to go level on points with them we'd need to win three in a row and they'd need to lose three in a row. That would more or less wipe out the difference.
