It wasnt made clear. But i struggle to see a reason not to be in any sort of spacious back garden.

I think the OP was joking wasn't he?

If you're heading into your garden to excise you might find it a bit taxing anyway.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Maybe you should get an awning like those ones pubs do for smokers, so if anyone challenges you then you can say you are indoors as you have a roof over your head but if you light up and get grief you can say you are outdoors. That should keep a Police Community Support Officer happily occupied for a good twenty minutes.

You need to explain very clearly to her indoors that gardening is a NO.
So is hoovering, dusting, putting up that shelf or anything that doesn't involve beer and TV.
Boris has spoken and that is clearly what he meant.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

You can always wear a green hat as camouflage. The police drone will never spot you.

Thanks for posting that, good initiative by Sadiq Khan. Lucan as well as JayKay has posted concerns about people whose lives have taken a bad turn and left them on the streets; and I had assumed that there would be some sort of police round up. Provided the agencies and hotels pull together it sounds feasible. Nice to see the cabbies involved, I have a couple of mates who have driven black cabs and know that behind the 'I had that ponce xxxx in my cab the other day' stories there is an understanding and sense of looking out for the life in a city that we do not often see.
