Trying to quit the vaping today... on 14:12 - Jan 11 by monytowbray
A Greggs sausage roll flavoured e-liquid?
You don't need it mate. You're not suffering alone. For a couple of decades my emotional crutch has been junk food. I've cut it out (I have a pack of the vegan sausage rolls in my freezer that i'm not allowing myself to eat). It's hard but we'll get there.

I've quit smoking, booze and animal products in my lifetime and this is the worst.

I've been vape free since Lockdown 1 and it was difficult.
Have you tried slowly reducing the nicotine amounts per bottle of juice or do you buy pre-made.
Dont go cold turkey, it is agony... do it slow and carefully
Problem is I end up doing it without realising it. I have to go cold turkey, can't even be around the stuff. Weaning has never worked for me, all or nothing.

I'm hoping this is just a 3 day hump.
When I gave up the fags I was sure to warn all my colleagues I'd be a right miserable fugger for a few days. A few did ask how could they tell the difference.

Is not easy - but sending good wishes.
I didn't know I'd always seen you within those first few days...

When I stopped my colleagues asked if it was for financial reasons.
If so, they reasoned, they were prepared to club together to keep me in cigarettes for as long as it took.

How long ago was that? you didn't go to the extreme of knocking pints of beer off perfectly stable and securely balanced tables, did you?
I wasn't quite in that league, no!
I was a miserable **** though, (yes J2, even worse, you ain't seen nothing and all that. Although it was around 10 years ago so it probably did shine through on here).
I really struggled and it took me pretty much 3 years to get over wanting them. Like J2's goodies in the freezer, I kept some tobacco on the mantelpiece to stop any panicking occurring.
Never had one though, far too stubborn. I just made everyone else suffer with me.

Oh, no... I was just trying to apportion blame...
I've never really been a smoker - I merely dabbled a little when at school. Nowadays, I just partake in passive smoking.
