Give it a name since it seems to be here for the long haul.

How about Lambert?

I heard a bad hangover headache being once upon a time described as :-

“There’s an orchestra playing in my head and if I could get my hands on that f&cking bass drummer...”.

Look on the bright side; if you were a doctor you'd be convinced you'd got a brain tumour.

Homey you need to sit very quietly and try slowing your breathing down by taking a long breath in , counting steadily to 5 as you do then and long breath out doing the same

do that for a few mins, then start counting to 6, 7 8 on each breath

While doing that imagine you are on a sandy beach and each breath on brings a slow gentle wave in and each out breath the wave goes out

then imagine the word 'headache' written in the sand and every wave that goes out washes some of that word away

and do that for 10/15 mins

and may help tp keep you eyes closed while doing it

concentrate and you lose concentration start again

it does work, but take practice

Get that dog away from my sandwiches and tell those bloody kids over there to keep it down a bit and to stop kicking their sodding ball over here.

I'm trying to relax.

When I used to drink too much and get stinking hangovers, I always found that the colder I was, the less of a headache I had.

Try jumping in the shower and putting it cold for 5-10 seconds.

Have you just had the vaccine? I got a banging headache the day after my second dose, as did one or two others I know.

I had one of those for a week on and off and now I am Covid positive. Turns out headaches is one of the symptoms but I just put it down to general tiredness and stress initially. Might be worth keeping an eye on things.

And these are very good for helping shift (or prevent) headaches for those with sinus problems.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Isabellas-Clearly-Ease-Therapeutic-Aromatherapy/dp/B07P

And you can obviously buy direct instead of from Amazon.
Try here instead:

Quite expensive but they last a long time.
