My name is Max Bradley and I am currently studying for my dissertation at the University of Leicester. The topic chosen is racial discrimination in professional football and its causes and preventions. Done. I think some nuance is missed in the structure of the survey by not asking where the respondent believes they have seen examples of discrimination (managerial appointments) and hate crime (terraces, online, graffiti) but good luck with your dissertation.

Is 12 May 2020 the correct date on the first page?

EDIT: The last page states you can withdraw up to 13 May 2021 but does not give information about how you would do so, either. The response appeared to be anonymous to me!
