There are 5 ski stations in "my" part of the Pyrenees (Lleida) including Baquiera Beret, the largest in Spain, I think it has around 140km of pistes. Get a lot of bikers at weekends taking advantage of the good roads and mountain food. |
Last year was all booked for a trip to the Picos with a diversion to the MotoGP at Aragon. We were due a day playing in the Northern Pyrenees on the way down.

We did..........unfortunately not a vineyard though.
A local(ish) couple have a press and collected what was left of the grapes and we ended up with some superb grape juice. Same again this year. Did some very good, sharp apple juice too.

Drivers roads too. Can remember seeing a road sign , on way from coast to Andorra beads for 60+ km. Not so good one August when it started to snow! |  |

Interview last Wednesday, told answer Monday, received the rejection Friday. How bad must I have interviewed?
Another job rejected my proof of addresses; their website won't allow on line substitution, though did allow original submission, their helpline indicates unavailable... Presumably due to thousands of others in my position overwhelming their phone system.
They have given me 96 hours to correct docs but when emailing they say they'll reply on 5 working days (aka 120 hours)
Have had a bad knee for 2 weeks and have a pre-employment medical Wednesday, haven't been able to train and need to pass a fitness test.I
Went to apply for a driving job, apparently my 3 speeding offences are not appreciated, clean licence required.
Right now that's off my chest...
