Lots of things missing this year. No minibus going round in the evenings, scraping drunk people off the street to take to "Eroticats", which I'm sure is as wholesome entertainment as the name suggests. | |

That's closing soon, being demolished as part of a major road improvement scheme to deal with the chaotic traffic on that roundabout and up past Birdlip. Had rather gone downhill of late, anyway (in a metaphorical, not literal sense).
Talking of Birdlip(ish), the Golden Heart is another favourite place to eat. | |
