I think Manning has a good chance.
And if he could bring his whole backroom staff with him, he might flourish.
Maybe a little too early for him.
Possibly It could be him with a director of football. A big name, but older perhaps. Not Glenn Hoddle, but that kind of name. I think Ashton likes the 'big name' angle like Celina - a signing he very pointedly claimed as his own.

I think Phil eluded to this much in one of his reports when he said that JM was not Cooks choice!!
With no one with the exception of Klug in the actual coaching staff having any experience of managing first team affairs and with a tough run of games ahead they had to get a caretaker in, who knows maybe it will be JM caretaker and KD as his assistant with KD taking full charge next season..............I think that may be my heart talking though!! |  | | |
