It's fairly standard procedure for an online retailer to send a dispatch email when an item is shipped so it's not really a 'club line', it means what they are saying it means
How they prioritise who gets what first, is down to their processes, something the Planet Blue staff themselves may not be privvy to in fairness to them |  |
