Apologies if already posted

Plymouth will presumably be clapped on to the pitch by Town players and then given the L1 trophy at the end of game seeing as they’ve already been promoted.

It would be disappointing not to be able to sell out the home end. One assumes the only reason to send any extra to them would be if we couldn't.

Pretty big city, top of the league, huge catchment area. Of course they sold out!

The away capacity is 1,900 isn’t it?

Their away support is very very good for the distances they have to travel, sell out most away ends tbf.

The initial allocation was 1500, not 1200. Full allocation is 2100.

Are tickets released in increments to them to enable us to sell more if they don't sell them all?

So Whittaker will play for us in the game then collect his winners medal with Plymouth after, then fire us to second place, sounds good.

No it’s the opposite. We could sell their tickets easily. Hence why we only offered them part of the allocation. Now we need to give them the full allocation.

Fair play to them.

Plymouth will sell out the 2100 I would think or not be far off. Their home crowds would probably be a few thousand higher now were it not for capacity issues as home end selling out ever match.

They do have a decent following.

Which reminds me, I have been to a number of Argyle games (best mate supports them). One such game at Hillsborough and we got chatting to a woman (probably in her 60s), who was sitting on her own. Turns out her and her husband drive to all the away matches but never sit together, he was over the other side (and even waved to us). Very odd. He was sitting on his own too.

They also have alot of ex-pats from Devon & Cornwall who have moved "up country" through work etc.

There's jobs, but not many careers in that part of the world, so quite alot move up country to further their lives.

Reminds me of a Jasper Carrot joke.

As a Brum fan he said he would sit watching a match and turn to the fan next to him and go "OI!"
