Early days, but he's made me less nervous than Walton has recently

Yes, he's much better now with the ball at his feet. Decent coaching, probably.

Exactly what I was thinking, the players are comfortable with the back pass to him and he looks very comfortable dealing with it, unlike Walton.

To those watching, is he doing enough to warrant a league start? Especially with how we like to play out these days.

He’s made more saves in this game than Walton has since December.

I just remember him against Portsmouth and that wasn’t good at all - haven’t seen him since so can’t comment -

Yeah, I would play him at Cambridge.

Hladky's earned the opportunity to replace Walton for now. Excellent performance today.

Walton by far the better keeper. Still don't get this complaining about his kicking. Really hasnt been bad recently. His handling is much much better as well.

In terms of sheer talent I agree Walton is better. But like Edmundson being taken out of the limelight when not in peak form, maybe it's time with Hladky earning the opportunity.

He hasn't done much to warrant such praise recently

Made excellent saves where he had to, looked confident (incl playing out), so yes he did enough - but whether to swap Walton for him is a decision I'm glad I don't have to make!

Did you watch the game? Nothing wrong with Hladky's handling today and seems so, so, more confident in general.
