Quite a difficult game to discuss at length really isn't it?
We saw the game through. Just like we did v Morcambe.

Just need to take that and do the same next week.

If you want to discuss negatives and positives tho

Negatives.
Burns lack of composure
Missed plenty of opportunities despite scoring 4
Morsy and co occasionally slowed it down when davis had acres of space ahead.

But. That's just picking at negatives.

Positives.
Defence did its job. Clarke looked good
Hirst ran well
Broadhead showed what he can do.. we just need to hope we can see him weekly
Chappers being clinical
Jackson looked lively
Davis was excellent

It was a solid win. I'd have taken a 1-0 tbh. But was good to see us control every aspect of the game from 1st minute to final whistle.

But... I got really excited again after morcambe so it really is all about next week now.

I think a good win against a weak team is great but does not negate the concerns regarding our limitations against stronger teams.

I thought the limitations people were worried about related to lesser teams which park the bus?

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Not sure we learned anything today.

Next week will be a test, MK have better players so will be interesting to
See their approach.

It’s weird to win 4-0 but we all know the last two months have been damaging. Hard to get too excited. That said, I like the look of Broadhead. And Clark. And Luongo.

3-1-3 but only for 5 minutes and I’m not sure when that happened.

Let’s just hope we get Forest Green Rovers in a 2 legged playoff game, then again in the final.

Not much to say really, we comfortably beat the worst team in the division, as you’d expect. We all know there are 3 games on the horizon that are likely to be the last chance we have to shape the outcome of our season, until then, we need to try and collect max points from the so called “lesser” teams and and hopefully find our best form for the much harder away fixtures.

In all fairness, win, lose or draw, you'll be here trying to tell us that Mckenna is smarmy and rubbish.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
