The attack will get the plaudits since we were pretty ruthless, but think the defence needs some credit today(including Walton) for a solid display. 4 clean sheets on the trot now. I was pleased to see a number of occasions where we just absolutely lumped it clear. Too many instances where we’ve tried to retain possession and play our way out of danger and been caught out. Basics first.

Yes definately a difference with the clearences, which tbh is welcome especially at this level and the level of players we have. I Accept keeping the ball is important, but not at the risk of being able to just clear your lines.

Very good balance of safety first with playing out today. Walton really good, as were the rest of the defence.

Another professional job on 17:07 - Mar 4 with 945 views | ADStephenson | Not all, but Barnsley failed to win away at Bristol Rovers (imagine not winning there!), Bolton drew and Derby are 2-2 at home to Shrewsbury in the 17th(!) minute of added time. Anyone know what's going on there?

I don't know, but in the National League there are three games in a row in the fixture list in the 20+ minutes extra time.

Another professional job on 17:23 - Mar 4 with 783 views | Chrisd | Yes, we’ve looked a lot better over recent weeks and starting to get back in the habit of keeping clean sheets again. It’s a pity we couldn’t have done the job ourselves against Wednesday and Plymouth instead of relying on others to do us a favour. Certainly, Plymouth’s next two matches will be very interesting. They come through those matches unscathed then it’s going to be really difficult to haul them back in.

Didn’t think they’d trip over those fixtures. Most of the teams around us all dropped points which was good. A win Tuesday and we will have a little bit of momentum. I can’t see us catching Plymouth, but keep winning and you never know. Well done KM, coaches and players.

Friend of mine was at the Derby game and said their ref was a joke which wouldn't be crazy for this league.
