How many times will you look at the league table today? 07:22 - Apr 25 with 1211 views | Dubtractor | In attempt to work out all the possible permutations that you've already had memorised since 5pm Saturday? Doesn't feel like we've had a season end like this since the Royle years. I know we had the playoff year under Mick, but our drop off after Christmas meant the belief and tension was never quite there for me. This is both brilliant and horrible.

Yes, it’s pretty clear what is needed now. I think 2012-13 was the last season I spent so much time looking at the table and assessing the various permutations. That year it took a ridiculously high number of points to stay up with so many teams in contention, it’s possibly also the last time we really achieved what we needed to in the run in.

How many times will you look at the league table today? on 09:50 - Apr 25 with 926 views | clive_baker | Get a result tonight, any result, and we're on our way. A win pretty much gets us over the line, we might find that 94 points is sufficient for promotion with our superior GD. But even if SW win both of their remaining games (can't see it) then we should do the business on Saturday. A draw would put us another step closer and build in a bit of buffer in that we could afford to draw one of the final 2 and it remain in our hands. That's massive, mentally as much as anything else. The other consideration as well is Plymouth aren't home and dry either. The closer we can stay to them the better our chances. Port Vale away on the final day isn't a gimme. A defeat would be gutting, it would open the door ever so slightly for Barnsley, which isn't what we need, and gives SW some additional belief ahead of Saturday. It also puts real pressure on us to take maximum points. I wouldn't bet against us getting over the line, but I don't really fancy going to Fleetwood away only 1 point ahead of Wednesday. If that's 2 points and a better GD its much more favourable.

Town simply need to win. Fortunately, that's something the team have been doing a lot of lately.

Think you are slightly under playing the loss as the draw does make a massive difference

Possibly, I think that extra point would be massive but expect SW to slip up anyway

A point tonight could prove to be our biggest point of the season. We really do not want to lose. I'm 50/50 whether Wednesday drop any more points. Going to be a fascinating match up and tactical battle. The longer it goes on without Barnsley going ahead, the more chance we have of winning I think. They are going to have to throw everything at it as the game goes on.
How many times will you look at the league table today? on 10:52 - Apr 25 with 713 views | SomethingBlue | I'm relatively relaxed at the moment although ask me again at 7.45pm. As long as we don't pick up a raft of injuries I have the sense we will be ok whatever happens tonight, but the prospect of going into Saturday *knowing* a win would do it is just so sublime ...
