The more I see it, I'd say he got quite a bit on it. At first I just thought his fingertips, but if you look at it careful he gets a good hand on it imo. |  |

It doesn’t matter how carefully I look. On a small iPhone with my eyes I’m lucky if I recognise him as Hladky. As for the ball, I play spot the ball in all the highlights. | |

The save from the attempted Half Way line chip was even better. His positioning as he sprints back to his goal line is spot on, and he makes the save relatively comfortably in the end, rather than randomly flapping.
Certainly did a lot better with it than Clive Baker managed against Dean Saunders, and Beasant (or was it Segers?) against Beckham. | | | |

I was behind the goal and didn't think he got a hand to it. And none of my friends turned round to me and said "what a great save". But that isn't necessarily conclusive proof. [Post edited 20 Aug 2023 8:31]
