Musicians have never stayed away from politics. They probably have a wider reach into some groups than they would if they packed in the music and became a politician (and how dull would that be anyway).
I don’t particularly see the problem here. He’s remembering the victims in the way that only an artist with a large audience could do. If people don’t like it, they don’t have to watch it and go full Daily Mail over the clips. |  |
