I watched about 20 mins and gave up. It’s about as exciting as you’d expect from such a mismatched game. I’m not bothered about the international team at the best of times though, so take my opinion with a pinch of salt. |  |

It was really poor, which is unusual as under Southgate we generally just roll these teams over easily - think GSs post match summed it up though. We weren’t good enough, just weren’t at it all game but no need to worry about it as these players have been great for us and will continue to be so |  |

A good summary, Joe. I find the constant criticism of Southgate from some bizarre. Every England manager seems to be under-achieving unless they win the World Cup!
Even in a dull performance, there were a couple of good goals (one very harshly ruled out) and it was a comfortable win. |  |
