Don't understand that. He wanted to leave Leeds based on his personal preferences, and he knew playing in the championship would hurt his chances of playing for Italy- which was proved correct.
Is that any difference to Whittaker who didn't want to go back to Swansea, a player who is often seen throwing his hands in the air and moaning when it's not going his way on the pitch.
I could also argue Hirst didn't come here when we first went after him, is that the type of commitment we wanted at the club.
Everyone when young makes decisions and can react in a way that people view as childish, but people can change.

Wouldn't want Gnonto anywhere near our club, talent or no talent... 25 mil is also expensive, bearing in mind we got Omari for less and he was better! |  | | |
