Wouldn't surprise me if they already have a short list written out.

I’m not sure anything would surprise me any more, FB.

We might be fending off offers for some of our players.
We should have a quiet January because the team will really gel by Christmas and come into their own after that.

I think they would find some if required, especially if we picked up a key injury.
I actually thought they would leave one UK based loan place for such a situation, but guessing KM prefers to get the players in now.

lol, I’m not sure who else we could possibly want to sign in January window IB. Just a few months ago, if we’d been given a list of the players (we have now signed), we’d have had a euphoric meltdown in here wouldn’t we. It’s absolutely stunning what weve done this window, stunning.

I think there is a big argument for getting players in early and getting good value. There is not usually such good value in the January window and we could do with getting the points in the bag before January too.

That said, if we sold someone for big money early in the January window, we may well spend a good chunk of it. However, if we don't sell, I don't think we will be signing many £40M+ players to give us that final push for the title.

McKenna is going to give Ladapo a few appearances, good service from the wings and get him into double figures, then sell on to Chelsea for £20m in January...

We will almost definitely need a couple. These owners have shown they will pay what’s needed when.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

Yes. And I'm good with that.

Also safe to assume whatever happens we'll likely have to sell Leif before 30/6/2025

We’ve got £100m+ we didn’t have last season and all our transfer fees will be spread over 3 or 4 years.

Assume we’ll have headroom still.

I don't think Ashton knows how to do no business in the window. I Would expect one or two in and one or two out.
