As I have seen barely to no mention of it, is another bloody clear penalty we didn't get.
90th minute, Davis into the box, Guedes comes from behind, nowhere near the ball and just sticks his elbow right into Davis' back and sends him flying. Ref has a clear view.
If you pause it Davis has one foot in the box and one outside, his back is probably level with the edge of the area. It's a clear foul, would have been determined as being on the line therefore in the box.
How the bloody hell are we not getting that, on top of Chaplin v Leicester, Davis v Man City, Clarke v Everton.

It was on the other side of the pitch but I was in line and tbh I thought it was soft. Davis put the brakes on (which he's entitled to do and doesn't mean its not a foul) but the contact looked pretty minimal to me. I don't really want to see penalties given for that personally, although that's much easier to say after we've won the game. |  | | |

I think when Davis stops if Guedes collides there's an argument for Dermot's favorite 'coming together' claim.
But Guedes makes the effort to put his elbow into Leif's back and pushes him over. It's very much deliberate and not just running into him, he's shoved him over.
I thought it might have been soft based on Leif appealing for a second then not bothering to protest but having seen it back I'd say it's a definite foul. To my mind the fact he's fallen into the area is why the ref doesn't give it.
If he'd been 3 yards further back I'm sure we'd have got a free kick. | | | |

There are many fouls week in week out which result as a free kick outside the box, but are not given in the box.
Not saying it is right, but has always happened long before this perceived "conspiracy" against us. |  | | |
