Only rounds for me that I couldn’t/didn’t call were 3 and 9. If Tyson had both then a draw but right result for me

Probably only around 3 or 4 rounds that fury obviously won, so thought the result was about right. Uysk far busier and landing more.

115-113 to Usyk for me. The Ukrainian threw more punches, had a higher percentage of scoring shots and certainly was the aggressor from the end of the 5th Round onwards.

Heavyweight boxing is poor the only thing Usyk has done better than some is kept away from fighting ufc and u tubers and not trash talked at least brings some integrity to to sport.

If it's corrupt then it would have been a Fury win. As the challenger it would guarantee a rematch, something the promoters and boxing would love, more money I'm sure than a Usyk versus Dubois fight.

Unfortunately for Fury, Usyk did what he has always done in his career and got stronger the longer fight went on. Not sure how he has that energy to increase the intensity as a fight progresses. I had Usyk down as winning all rounds from 6 onwards, lots of body punches and judges always look for those.

Winning the last 6 rounds is the same as what the judges had and what annoyed Warren. Having looked at other cards in the papers it seems to be that at most Fury won one of those last 6 and losing them all isn't crazy.

Totally agree…. on 10:02 - Dec 22 with 1062 viewsBloots

….Dave Allen won easily, but Fisher is the up and coming young pro that is gonna sell more tickets going forward.

A shocker of a decision.

Sums my thoughts up perfectly. 👍🏻

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Renowned over the years for being involved with gangsters etc. Fights where boxers haven't come out of their corner after so many rounds or hit the canvas at a certain stage. Even the fight when Henry Coopers hammer hit Mohammed Ali it was said his gloveman cut his glove deliberately so as to allow Ali to recover as it would take longer than the time in between rounds to change his glove. But over the years virtually every sport has been open to dubious decisions or non triers and sports people and animals taking or being given something to enhance or prevent them giving their true performance. Sadly where money is concerned you will always find people prepared to bend the rules.

It has had corruption at different levels but hard argument last night. Well no argument really. Perhaps the bigger general comment is:

"Boxing is subjective". Definitely how a judge feels the fight as much as definitive hits counts.

At the end of the day both boxes have 12 rounds to take the judges decision out of their hands though!
