Any idea when membership will be announced? And when the tickets will go on sale? Also anyone know their standard away allocation?

Also, any chance season tickets will be available for general sale? Probably not but if you don't ask...

This week I believe.

Think the allocation is around 2,000 I think, well that’s what we got last time.

Don’t think any season tickets will be sold again but should be more availability on a matchday basis along as we reduce the away end back to what it was, which I reckon we will.

Agreed. Whilst there's matchday demand and strong cash flow, it doesn't make any business sense to sell any more season tickets. More revenue and keeps more fans engaged.

Will need to be a few days between memberships and tickets I'd have thought?

Didn’t membership last year include a perk to be able to access a season ticket waiting list? That seems to have completely disappeared off the face of the earth!

You'd think there'd be at least a handful of cancellations/non renewals each season. What happens with those? A wait list at the very least should be a thing.

Club will make more money but not making them STs. How do you govern the waiting list? First come, first served?

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Slightly off topic, but do people think Bristol City away will get to general sale? Thats my closest ground now and I'm weighing up whether I'll need a membership or not. It's on a Tuesday night so hope thats in my favour

We’re oversubscribed from the number that was quoted a couple of years ago though, and that was long before the scramble for general sale tickets began giving the opportunity for more ££££’s

Unless we take a real nosedive I doubt we’ll see any on sale for a while, barring a token amount just to give the impression of being available

I've said on a few threads last year, I doubt many will give their ST while there is a resale platform and the demand for tickets. Its a no brainer really.

If you can't go, you just stick the ticket on the resale site and get your mney back for that game. I'd imagine most ST holders have friends/family they can give it to anyway.

So I think its wishful thinking any ST will be available. However, the club really should start a waiting list though.

Spot on
2000 is the minimum allocation in the EFL unless your ground holds less than 20k then it's 10% subject to safety advice. I couldn't believe Sun'land only gave us 2000. That was mean.

I'm banking on it. As you say, it's a midweek game so I hope that makes it more likely. I will go for membership again, not that it did me any favours last season but any better chance is worth it.

In theory it's a big away area. They can hold up to about 4,000 but they seem to vary the allocation by team. Quick google - Swansea got 2,500 last season and Sunderland 3,500, as an example. Assuming we continue to travel well, hopefully we'll get the upper limit nearer to 4,000.

LIke others have said, unlikely to be any season ticket sales. Given the impending works to Cobbold (which is where the most seats will be due to reduced away allocation) and hope of promotion again they wont run the risk to allocating more there knowing they may not be able to relocate them. Suspect all tickets spare will be put on sale game by game.

Brum away will be around 2000 - first game of the season they'll sell out pretty quickly I would have thought.

That wont stop the usual suspects who go and who have been going for the last 2+ seasons whether it's on TV or not. First game of season, those who travel will want to be there in person not watch on TV
