Does Cajuste come in from the cold to play at Stoke? 13:08 - Mar 8 with 1598 viewsIllinoisblue

He’s become almost an afterthought of late. D Neil didn’t impress yesterday. Time for Jens to come in? Or more a game suited for Taylor?

Cajuste seems to be 4th choice and it's hard to argue with that.

Taylor or Neil for me. Then Cajuste at Sheff Wed maybe.

Taylor for me.

Give Neil another chance. I thought he improved in the second hal, prior to being subbed, and he needs game time to find match fitness. Taylor in at Sheffield Wednesday if need be.

I hope not.

Think Dan Neil will start again Tuesday and then Taylor in next weekend.

Definitely not. An option to have if looking to get a winner late on Vs a massed defence and not much beyond that.

The old syndrome of improving as a player by virtue of not playing.

I've had it with Cajuste. Maybe OK coming on against a tired team 20 minutes from the end and 2 or 3 up.
I'll stick with Taylor. Not given up on Neil, but he was awful yesterday.

Last week Dan Neil was the new Luongo. A week is a long time in football.

Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.

No one comes in from the cold at Stoke. It’s one of the coldest grounds in England.

Neil starts hopefully. Couple of shaky games but he's the best midfielder we have in there in terms of all-round ability and we're at the stage where we just need to be playing our best/most in-form players as much as we can.

Cajuste had a spell around Christmas where he looked a lot better but has tailed off again. Reckon his knees are properly busted and he'll get them looked at seriously once the season's done.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Neil is quite clearly the best option in there but he's hardly played football until recently. That does mean he will have some odd games, but it's worth seeing through IMO. Cajuste now fourth choice and done little to move that needle.

From Championship cheat code to benchwarmer... he simply can't be relied on. Stick with Neil.
