It happened 5 times in the lead up to that freekick. And this is why its bugging me how we didnt manage that spell. We went into the quite often done this season at times mode of scoring against ourselves.
We just needed to regroup and calmly get through that spell instead of trying to pass it through gaps that weren't there or walk it past 3 players.
Its fine people are happy with a draw because they think saturday is an easy 3 points but I dont think its gonna be easy so will focus on the game just played and we got that important first goal and didnt manage it well. | |

Their players were trying to argue it was a red (but without the passion that accompanies when they genuinely think it is). The ref appeared to give himself some thinking time before producing the yellow.

Yes we are, because a win takes us to the PL. Absolutely no guarantees any other way of playing would have made any difference. As far as I'm concerned I'd rather see that than turgid one dimensional football. So I'm giving credit to the team tonight, cracking match, great watch.
