Been an amazing player for us and loved him from the moment i saw him play against cpfc in a pre season friendly

If he does move on, i wish him the very best same as chappers

I just hope that if he is moving on, an announcement is made prior to Saturday so we can all give him the farewell he deserves

Not sure they will announce anything before the game with the possibility of having 3 more games.

If we win I think it will be evident by his actions if Wes is staying or not.

If he's moving to the MLS as has been suggested, perhaps he could do a duet with milts of New York New York

There was something in the way he was talking after the Southampton game that suggested to me he might be moving on. Really hope I'm wrong, and think he might be able to do that very specific PL role that he was starting to look more at home in when he got injured, although I suspect Kasey Mac will be the backup RW if we go up.

If we don't go up he should definitely stay with Kasey and SWE.

Leg End.

Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

I think Burns is moving on which is a shame because he would be vastly superior back up to our new right winger than Kasey is.

If we stay down I would also like us to sign a new starting right winger.

Kasey has improved a lot these past few weeks. I remember Burns being slightly erratic early doors and he turned out alright.

Kasey has definitely improved. To me he is a decent rotational championship player.

I don't see a Premier League squad player there at all tbh.

Have there been any examples over recent seasons where a player's contract has been allowed to completely run down and they have subsequently signed a new one?
I would have expected something to have been announced a couple of months ago if he was staying.

A proper attacking player with that hungry attitude, something a lot of the L1 promotion team had. Something I sometimes think is missing in the current squad.

I'd happily have him 1 more year as an impact sub.

Yeah none of our attacking players are hungry are they it’s not like we are the third highest scorers in the league or anything

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

Forget age still our best right winger by quite a distance I think Wesley will be a super squad player gives us something no other player does.
I believe we would be up now if had played more games after that horrific injury at Liverpool

He’s a brilliant advert for young lads who don’t make it first time at a big club and working their way back up again.

He’s been far better than we could ever have hoped for and after that injury I thought he was done here. A really valuable signing and cult hero I’d say. He will be fondly remembered here for sure.

I would have him above cult hero personally. 2 promotions and a crucial player throughout those seasons after being signed for relative pennies.

He is THE defining player of the gamechanger era imo.

Scored maybe the most perfect goal (move included) I have seen from Ipswich in my life as well. Certainly my favourite.

Absolute legend.

I suspect he’d get no more than an extra year here, and with him being 31 (32 in November), he’s probably got one last 3 year contract in him somewhere to give him a bit of security for the future.

Would be a shame to see him go having been such an important player during this ‘Gamechanger’ period, but this summer feels about right to part ways.

Poll: We’ve got super KM, he knows exactly what we need. Woolfie at the back…

Yes he was from fleetwood, when we signed him i was really quite excited as he was a top player for Fleetwood

Possibly the best signing of the whole game changer era.

Terrific signing.
If they fail to go up i wouldn't be surprised if Wrexham try get him in before he joins an American team.

Poll: Apologies I'm bored. How many signings will we have by Plymouth at home.
