Good to see our Academy players being given the chance to play at this level. Could well open a few eyes.These lads are only waiting to be given the chance and being corrected on any weakness that may be in their game.These players are only to willing to improve and make the first choice team. But this will only happen if the management are strong enough to use these players.Build a good team of a mix of older more experience players and the Academy players coming through the system

just like our diamond formation its pointless giving players a chance in the reserves then completely ignoring them for first team selection. Our average age against portsmouth and Millwall was 31+ so unless PJ is going to give the younger players a chance with a few of the experienced. we're not going anywhere. PJ has made some very poor signings and expects them to gel into a team to win games in this division. Soton has blend right which is why they move round the pitch so easily and why they will be promoted just like Naarwich
