Marriott on Bench for Town

Town boss Mick McCarthy has named striker Jack Marriott amongst his subs in an otherwise unchanged 18 for today’s home game against Brighton.

Marriott comes into the squad for the on-loan Paul Taylor, who starts for Peterborough at Rotherham. Ex-Blues loanee Keith Andrews is in the Seagulls' starting line-up.

Town: Gerken, Chambers, Berra, Smith, Cresswell, Anderson, Hyam, Skuse, Tunnicliffe, Murphy, McGoldrick. Subs: Loach, Hewitt, Tabb, Edwards, Wordsworth, Nouble, Marriott.

Brighton: Kuszczak, Ward, Greer, Upson, Calderon, Andrews, Bruno, Crofts, Conway, Buckley, Barnes. Subs: Ankergren, El-Abd, Ince, March, Forster-Caskey, David, LuaLua. Referee: Stephen Martin (Staffordshire).

Hope Wordsworth gets a good run out today, really rate him. Marriott could be the striker we're looking for, lets hope so!!!!
