Town Sign Huws on Loan from Cardiff
Tuesday, 31st Jan 2017 22:14

Town have confirmed the signing of Wales international Emyr Huws on loan from Cardiff City for the remainder of the season.

The 23-year-old played youth football with Swansea and then Manchester City, where he made one senior sub appearance.

While with City he spent time on loan at Northampton, Birmingham and Wigan before joining the Latics on a permanent basis in 2014.

A spell on loan at Huddersfield followed last season before he moved to the Bluebirds on a permanent basis last summer signing a three-year deal but has made only two starts and two sub appearances this season.

Huws has been capped 10 times by Wales at full level, scoring one goal, in addition to appearances at U17, U19 and U21 levels.

Another completely underwhelming signing. Hasn't barely played at all for a poor Cardiff team which says enough to me. We need a complete overhaul of the board, coaching staff and players. The whole regime is a complete mess from top to bottom. We're a joke!

What a complete shambles this club is turning out to be
I don't blame McCarthy so much but Evans is an utter joke he has no idea whatsoever
The sooner he goes the better

So how does this fit in with the part of the 5 point plan of developing our own young players?? Benyu, Bishop, McDonall, Dozzel, Blanchfield, Petterson etc etc WHAT'S THE POINT OF THIS SIGNING!?!?!?!?!?!

Don't be so negative about these loans people. They could be the difference between us finishing 18th or 15th this season

Could we have scrapped the barrel anymore, the money that has been spent on wages would have been enough to get rid of the Barnsley baboon in charge of our club, just go FGS.

This is going from bad to worse to effing ridiculous. MM out and sack the Board.
