Not beneath me at all. Protests are part and parcel of life. 400 of us protested at my school once. Locked up against the fence. 3 hours it lasted.
But in this instance, I think it's ridiculous. Protesting against terrorism makes no sense. As if ISIS give a sh1t what Dave from Heresford thinks |
Sadly a significant minority are protesting against Muslims, Islam etc

Won't be a popular opinion but I suspect it's the same core of people who protest every single thing they don't agree with because of the spoilt brat culture we have in this country where those who don't agree with you are wrong and anything you do is justified because you have right on your side.
Let them march, let their true colours be exposed and let the police deal with it. There's no point in a counter march other than to cause problems. The type of people the FLA is going to attract aren't going to be influenced by a counter march. I'm sure it just stretches the police futher and gives them another headache. | |
