I'd be up for the club selling tickets at a tenner a piece just to fill it out.
I know realistically it was cause hassle with ST holders and people who have already brought a ticket but personally speaking as a ST holder, I just want that ground full for this game.

That would explain it then - though it wasn’t the highest attendance of the season, which suprisingly also wasn’t the playoff home leg. Do your remember which year all seating came in and reduced the capacity to that level?

Shocking. Lots of reasons though. Apathy, feeling that we'll get beaten, cost, our dip in form, style of football (reputation even if it's less true now), defensive line ups, key injuries, televised on Sky and people getting into the habit of not going. I'm part of the problem. I was gutted to give my ST up all those years ago. I couldn't imagine not being at every home game. Now it's just normal. Watching it on Sky with my mate. In my armchair. Separate armchairs...

if you are in decent health, within a drive or walk to the ground I see no good reason why you'd not be there for a local Derby game.

My view, possibly harsh, is that anyone who can go who chooses not to should be muzzled afterwards. Derby games are often close and can swing on a referee's decision or one passage of play and a loud, large home crowd can help. Choose not to go and you forfeit the right to criticise afterwards. | |

Where do we draw the line? If we get to the play off final for example, we've been in this division 15 years. I had a ST for 7 of those and have attended quite a few other games in that time. Would I deserve a ticket? | |
