I say sack MM, promote Klug to caretaker boss, Invite GB to work until end of season as an advisory to Klug but whatever we do it cannot be let MM remain in this position until May and then realise we have 6 weeks before pre season begins and we’re stuck without a new man to move the team forward. | | | |

The January transfer window is pivotal. To make the most of it a new manager needs to be brought in by the end of November. Gives the new guy, or gal, time to asses the side and where they want to take us. A month should be enough....was for Burley. |  |

I think there are certainly 2 worse sides than us but I think we are of a larger group of 5/6 sides who are probably more likely to look over their shoulders than upwards. He's received over 100 replies but because they don't suit his agenda he's actually posted that nobody has answered his question.

Our recent form is 6 out 21 available with easier fixtures. We were in the top 2 a few months ago. The escapism remains rife. A decent start appeased some briefly but it's appeased some for months despite on the whole, bad results.

My original Post isn’t claiming to automatically move the team forward, if anything In the immediate short term we I believe are still set for another mediocre season. However what I’m so hopeful of seeing is our owner making the call Now, appointing a new manager whether that be from within the club or someone who’s available and not just allowing this situation to run and run.
