My views on the DUP are widely known and Arlene Foster should have gone over the cash for fuel fcuk up. But you are right. It’s whatvouterry and perhaps worthy of you starting a separate thread because there is a genuine debate to be had on this subject.

“Meanhile Glassers plays the man, again, with a smear story with no substance, just hoping more mud sticks.”

Do you believe I am Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of MI6?

That's a double bluff, isn't it? If I acknowledge that you are you'll have me killed for revealing your identity.

So, no, you're not Sir Richard Dearlove, you're just someone sitting near him.

With all due respect to poster on a football message board called gordon, Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of MI6, disagrees with you.

Who to take most notice of? oh the dilemma. Football message board poster of former head of MI6?

Sir Richard Billing Dearlove KCMG OBE, commented in the Telegraph before the 2017 general election “Jeremy Corbyn is profoundly dangerous”, hmmm sounds highly impartial with no agenda or Tory affiliations at all.

Sir Richard Billing Dearlove KCMG OBE, commented in the Telegraph before the 2017 general election “Jeremy Corbyn is profoundly dangerous”, hmmm sounds highly impartial with no agenda or Tory affiliations at all.

Perhaps the full quote?

"I’m shocked that no one has stood up and said, unambiguously, how profoundly dangerous it would be for the nation if Jeremy Corbyn becomes Prime Minister. So let me be clear, the leader of the Labour Party is an old-fashioned international socialist who has forged links with those quite ready to use terror when they haven’t got their way: the IRA, Hizbollah, Hamas. As a result he is completely unfit to govern and Britain would be less safe with him in No 10.

I can give an indication of just how serious this is: if Jeremy Corbyn was applying to join any of this country’s security services — MI5, GCHQ or the service I used to run, MI6 — he would not be cleared to do so. He would be rejected by the vetting process. Far from being able to get into MI5, in the past MI5 would actively have investigated him. And yet this is the man who seeks the very highest office, who hopes in just 24 hours time to run our security services".

Same old Tory slur, the same one they used against Ramsey McDonald, Attlee, Wilson, Foot, Kinnock and now Corbyn. They even gave Blair demon red eyes.
If Corbyn is guilty as charged then he would be removed as leader of her majesty's opposition charged and imprisinoned but the reality is when challenged tories have withdrawn their accusations removed tweets and could be subject to legal action.

Both sides of the divide? When did he meet with unionist terrorists? When did he meet with the Israeli government? Provide one link.

He has never spoken to people from both sides of the divide. Only the sides he agreed with.

"You CONSTANTLY divert from what your party is up to by not mentioning it"

1. I don't have a party.

2. How many times have I condemned the Tory deal with the DUP?

As for your final question. I believe, like he did with the murder of innocent children by the IRA or the terror attacks carried out by Hamas, that he turns a blind eye to such things whilst continuing to support the people who are doing it.

He has even been called up by his own party's blog, Labour Uncut, have called him out over his lies.

http://labour-uncut.co.uk/2018/01/31/breaking-labour-leader-leaves-national-tele

1. Hahahaha. Do you think we came down with the last shower?

2. We're not talking about the Tory deal with the DUP now. The main contentious point from CC, relating to what we're talking about in this thread, is a DUP which contains amongst its MPs people who the security services didn't just give code names to, but who were leading members of Loyalist paramilitary groups who the security services colluded with in extra-judicial killings in the same era as these alleged Corbyn meetings.

So why are you making a big deal of Corbyn meeting a diplomat, while I see no threads from you about the much more serious stuff CC posted (and I've posted above)?

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

That's me out. May must resign immediately.

I cannot in all honesty support a government that is prepared to do deals, no matter how informal, with a party that has links to sectarian terrorists in Northern Ireland.

Fcuk off May you are an utter disgrace. And I am typing this with rather moist eyes. I have been a member of the Conservative party since 1986

I can read this and I agree with you 100%. That is why I have written to Ruth Davidson cancelling my membership of the Scottish Conservatives and will never vote Conservative again so long as either Theresa May or the DUP, who evolved from a loyalist terror group, have anything to do with the party.

I have been consistent in my criticism of Corbyn's support for the IRA during a period when they were murdering British civilians. I would be a rank hypocrite if I then excused this shameful act by May.

“On 19 February 2018 I made a seriously defamatory statement on my Twitter account, ‘Ben Bradley MP (@bbradleymp)’, about Jeremy Corbyn, alleging he sold British secrets to communist spies. I have since deleted the defamatory tweet. I have agreed to pay an undisclosed substantial sum of money to a charity of his choice, and I will also pay his legal costs.

I am unlikely to vote Labour - in all honesty living in Manchester there is not much point in voting - votes are weighed. Anyway I like the Financial Times's take on this story, as on most others:

"In this episode, the joke is on the British newspaper industry."
