Non-alcoholic drinks recommendations 14:55 - Sep 10 with 19213 viewsBrixtonBlue

I've been sober for 6.5 months now, and as much as I do still like fresh lime and soda water it would be nice to change it up a bit other than coke or lemonade. Particularly at home (so anything goes rather than being limited to what pubs have).

I've been hitting the energy drinks quite hard, which I know is not a good idea. Not especially a fan of tea, although Green Macha is alright. Heineken 0% was ok but not massively keen. Anything else I might've forgotten? Any weird and wonderful mocktails you'd recommend? Anything else I can put in water to liven it up?

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

I thought we'd moved back to modern microwaves being fine and safe?

Microwaves are the refuge of the culinary delinquent.

Well, that's what Bosch and Samsung want you to believe, and they would have no reason to lie would they!?

I'm not replacing one with the other, but thanks for your concern. I think you read a bit too much into me saying I have more than I should.

In the last two days, for example, the only caffeine I've had is one bottle of Lucozade before the gym.

I don't drink tea or coffee either, which is worth noting.

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

The opposite of that is true. The microwave can be useful tool in 'proper' cooking. It's not just for bunging in ready meals.

Tea and Coffee both have huge health benefits.

We'll agree to *strongly* disagree here, Dolly.

The only thing they're good for is putting forks in and charging iPhones. End of.

I didn't say they don't.

We were discussing caffeine, though, and my intake thereof.

Because it's a way lots of adults have caffeine. I don't, so it's not added to my caffeine intake.

Your reading and comprehension seems a little slow today, maybe you need a coffee.

Do you come a little bit every time you get a uppie?

Yes. That previous comment has three up votes and one down vote from you. I basically consider that five up votes and needed to change my shorts.
