I have friends who have raised their children on a well thought out and balanced vegan diet. They have two of the healthiest and happiest kids I know. The parents in this story are either stupid or naive

Boxing Day
Now I think about it, Christmas is quite possibly the worst part of Christmas. I love the build up, I love Boxing Day, I love the bit in between if everyone is off work and I love NYE. Perhaps the highlight is really the lowlight.

It’s a bit like raising a kid on Pepperamis and Cheesestrings then saying “NON VEGAN PARENTS MISTREAT CHILDREN”.

True that is a highlight but still pales into comparison with the relaxed atmosphere of Boxing Day with gammon, leftover turkey and stuffing, cheese and beer.
I love Christmas. Even the worst day of the festive period is a good day but there's definitely a case for Christmas Day itself not being the centre piece.
