Q: I used to vote Tory, but now I back the Brexit party, and I want to see Nigel Farage in Number 10. Can you guarantee we will leave the EU by 31 October?

How do you deal with this level of lunacy?

Well hopefully I'll be looking on and laughing in 2020, safe under the presidency of Elizabeth Warren.

If so, yeah, fook em.

Has it been this bad the whole way through?

Still everyone shouting over each other. There was more decorum in primary school.

Christ, Johnson was worse than I thought he could be.

Backtracking on recent statements, trying to talk over Hunt when he had been exposed and failing to answr questions time after time.

The real shame here is that this level of debate should have been held before the referendum, rather than a series of misleading claims that have since proven to be, basically, blatant lies. Something that Johnson re-affirm tonight with his embarrassing performance.

Before the referendum!?!?!

Christ, they haven’t even managed it before 80% of Conservative party members have voted. Johnson probably had enough votes winging their way in the post by lunchtime today!

I think Hunt came off better but that's not saying a lot. From what I glimpsed the tactic essentially was to continuously press Johnson to... well answer the actual question. Which didn't go very well for him. Particularly noticing that he basically refused to criticise Trump even though he's spent the last few days insulting the Prime Minister and a respected diplomat. If that was any other statesman there's no way the response would be "well they are a good ally".

It'll still end up being Johnson though.

It's Tuesday. That's Pickles' day to be in favour of Remain.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

You know things are bad when Hunt is the stand out of the two candidates.

Utterly embarrassing stuff from Boris.

Ah, you're a moderate then. Real PayTriUTs want to see Trump as PM.

You can't deal with this level of lunacy other than by ignoring them. Politicians need to ignore them too. but they're too desperate scrabbling around after dwindling votes.

They all need a short, sharp shock. I'm tired of frustrating The Will of the People.

I've come to the conclusion that Boris is the Tory equivalent to the Dear Leader.
They're both incompetent, lazy, racist loons who'e have never had a proper job that still inexplicably appeal to their cultists despite their very, painfully obvious shortcomings.
