Yet he is in the top 5000 taxpayers in the country, something which you continue to ignore and instead focus on what he has taken out of the system rather than what he has put in.
Will you acknowledge he has put far more into the benefits system than he has taken out?
He's actually on record as saying he moved there for a better F1 social life as a large number of current and retired F1 drivers live there. You never answered but do you feel the same towards Jenson Button or David Coulthard who also live in Monaco? Should people not look to improve their lives and live where they like?

I think the idea of a "better social life" in Monaco is total b/s. I think the appeal of Monaco to most of the super rich is the zero income tax rate, rather than the chance to hob-nob over the garden fence with a former F1 driver.
That having been said, I don't begrudge Lewis Hamilton his money as he is the best in the world at a very demanding sport or blame him for wanting to live in a tax haven.

The reason we pay taxes as I was aware was to be able to use things such as the NHS. It helps towards road costs etc. Lighting etc etc

If I were to come into money. Have the opportunity to move abroad and keep more of that money then yes I would.
It's not selfish to not want to pay into a system I wouldn't be using. And knowing my current payments helps to pay for a lot of very lazy People that don't want to work ( I know a handful of friends in this exact category) to just sit down all day whilst I go to work and pay for them to do so.
