You saw it too?

I was actually a bit embarrassed for her.

Spoken with the usual smugness and authority too, like she'd just shared some knowledge.

I thought I had mis-heard it at first, so had to rewind it to hear if she really did say something so nonsensical. And yes, true to form, she had.

I am very conflicted on her. She's a nasty thick Tory and I disagree with everything that comes out of her mouth but I also think she's a very attractive woman, if she looked like Anne Widdecombe or if she was a bloke I'd find it easier to hold her in the came kind of contempt I would Cummings and Mogg. I hate her politics but she gives me the horn.

She's certainly one that would give out firm instructions

I wouldn't want to defend that bitch, but it's not really nonsensical. She just means we'll have to live with it in terms of not completely put our lives on hold but work around it until we have it under control, surely?

I don't know the context in which she said it, admittedly.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

The clue is in the words she's used.

Seriously. Yes it is nonsensical.

This isn't a primary school child, this is the Home Secretary.

To the poster asking for a link, this was an interview shown on tv last night.

BBC news probably. I switched channels a hundred times looking for something so i wouldn't put money on the channel.
