Yes I would say that's fairly accurate looking at the numbers even if it doesn't correspond with players necessarily
I'd expect our highest earners to be on more though and certainly Norwood who I was led to believe we had offered more than several Championship clubs who were also interested. I think Lee Bowyer suggested that in a recent interview himself? |  |

Well if we assume this is true it's further damning on Lambert on having the 2nd best wage budget in the league and finishing 11th last season and we're presently looking at 7th. It's also damning on Evans in some ways for agreeing to pay some of those players that kind of money given the level we're now playing at and their performances while at Town, some of which spend much of the season injured. There's no way some of them were on anywhere near that at their previous League One and Two clubs.

I guess his salary is being paid by BMG, as he was far of their first team and needed game time after multiple injuries.
That said, I agree, we should have signed CH prior to the salary cap being introduced. |  |
