Just pure incompetence. At this level, the level of funding he provides to this club is more than enough.
His decision making is nowhere near good enough.
Lambert should have gone a long long time ago, he’s let this season slide on by, and it was a big big season to try and get out of League 1.

My only question is - why is everything done at night when there’s nobody around to see it? - Especially at Portman Road where I’m sure there’s 24/7 security, so it’s likely to be down already.

I’m not sure there is 24 hr security at PR. It’s done at night for that very reason, to allow to get up, take the photographs, otherwise security wouldn’t allow.
They did temp get 24hr security at Playford after the banner went up there last time. | |

If they we’re to try that it would just get taken down as before training there’s always security on the gate to let player in. Shame the restrictions are in place as you could of got a couple of people holding it outside training ground and as long as they are not standing on there ground they couldn’t do anything, | | | |
