They're not even trying anymore are they? 04:12 - May 28 with 8225 views | SpruceMoose | Imagine being a man, recently and publicly accused of lying, telling more easy to fact check lies. They don't care that we know they lie anymore. As a leftie I obviously know the Conservatives aren't to be trusted, ever, but how are Conservative voters themselves not bothered about being cucked every day by the guys they support, and quite often give their presumably hard earned money to?

They're not even trying anymore are they? on 13:21 - May 29 by BlueForYou | For most of my life I voted Labour, but since Brexit I have voted Conservative. Labour really annoyed me with blocking the referendum result. They are finished in my opinion. Scottish voters have turned to the SNP & English voters have turned Conservative. They have become so negative these days & I just cant vote for negativity. The general public have rejected socialism & certainly dont want any of Corbyn, Abbott, Butler, etc, anywhere near running the country. I recall Blair's victory in 97, a landmark vote that, but Labour had got rid of the hard left & copied a lot of Bill Clintons progressive policies & were a very credible & electable alternative. Sadly Blair's infatuation with the US, Iraq lies, unlimited immigration, & not selecting David Milliband as Blairs replacement have cost them. They are not credible or electable today. |
Point of order: a faction of the Tory Party also repeatedly blocked the referendum result as well. The Tories were in power, if they could have got their own house in order or even reached out and worked with the other parties they might have been able to get Brexit done without all the blood letting that ultimately took place. Many of those who stopped May getting a Brexit deal through are now pretty high up in government as well.

"blocking the referendum result" And therein lies the current problem in politics - encapsulated in a few words (a lie) The referendum was not binding, it was advisory. MPs are representatives not delegates so there was NO mandate yet brexiteers supported the blocking of the lawful democratic process by trying to close Parliament, and stopping the legislative from legislating on the basis that democracy means using the anti democratic methods to over ride the democratic process. Though I doubt many will not have noticed that this anti democracy rant is posted by someone claing to be a previous Labour supporter. It would appear, as with the slogans painted on the barn wall in Animal Farm, the sheep (righties) have been given this as their latest bleat.

And, dare I say it, despite it’s faults May’s Brexit deal was better than the one we have now.
