I think we have been an easy living with little expectation or pressure for far too long now, going back to the days of Shane Supple almost suggesting we were throwing away an opportunity to make the Playoffs just so players could go on holidays. |  |

I think Cook is the first one who hasn’t come here with his assistant. Jewell had Hutchings and they sucked; McCarthy had Connor and they did a good job; Hurst had Doig who was arguably more loathed than he was; Lambert hadn’t worked with Culverhouse for years and regardless of whatever he brought to Norwich circa 2010, he hasn’t replicated it anywhere else.
