Sadly they will be at least 4 down on that as my Wife tested positive for Covid on Saturday and my 8 year old son tested positive last night. That leaves myself and my daughter, but we'll stay home as we don't want to unwittingly give it to anyone else. Even though she's had her jab and I've had my two jabs and booster. It wouldn't be fair on anybody.

I’d guess around 10% won’t show up. In some ways, having the cheaper tickets doesn’t help on that front as it’s less money to not see again. For anyone who can’t go, could be worth contacting the club and seeing if they can resell your tickets. Some theatres etc do that…. If they resell them you get a refund, if they can’t resell them you don’t get anything back.

I don't know about this game specifically but in the past I've bought tickets for friends who then haven't gone for various reasons and I've been able to get a refund every time, no questions asked.

Nearly 80000 new cases today, the highest amount since the start of the pandemic. It's running absolute riot. Boris speaking at 5pm to no doubt assure us that no more restrictions are required. SB

With the doubling of the omicron variant as it is (every two days it is said), I can genuinely see Pack Out PR being a complete washout. I wouldn't be at all surprised if at least one of those games is behind closed doors or in front of a reduced number of fans. I really hope I'm wrong. I've got Covid right now and for me it's just like a bad cold, but with the numbers we're talking about, one would think that the numbers in hospital are going to be worryingly high.
28,731 sold for Sunderland on 17:07 - Dec 15 with 1021 views | hatch | I have tickets for the darts tomorrow night and Friday afternoon but my friends and I have decided to go to neither. 18 tickets in total. Just seems like a classic indoor super-spreader event. Having been stuck alone in London last Christmas Day due to the rules I'd rather do my best to avoid that again this year.

More people taking LFTs = More asymptomatic people finding out they are positive = more PCR tests = more positive tests. The real one is how many people getting positive tests end up getting sick or really sick

I won't be. My Mrs, my son, my daughter and I have all tested positive today. My son and I feel like crap, we both started feeling crap Sunday / Monday but all of us tested negative on Monday. We all did a another lateral flow test and we all tested positive this afternoon.
