Well - given I've only really listened to post rock/metal for the last 3-4 years where 7 minutes is classed as a bit on the short side then I could literally put 50+ tracks here (My post rock favourites playlist has 96 tracks on with an average time of 8.5 minutes). So here are my top five around the 7-9 minute mark:
