Jonathan Liew has nominated it as his choice for the best goal of the season in The Guardian’s roundup. Which is nice.
[quote] Not Premier League but Bersant Celina for Ipswich v Crewe in November. Controls a long ball with his laces, immediately chips the keeper from 25 yards. It’s pretty good.
Strewth, watching that again and seeing not only the control (which I'll have to be honest, I've played a fair bit, and I have no idea how he did that at speed), but also the fact that Crewe's 28 is right on top of him in the line of flight of the ball - it's a fkn miracle goal for me.
HOWEVER, can we all shut up about it now, as publicity may affect price/competition for his signature. Thank you.

Yeah, I thought it was cool JL chose this as the best PL goal of the season.
This goal is literally magic. I have no idea how he controls the ball. He doesn’t even move his arms to balance himself or anything — he just calls it from the sky to his boot.
