I find the opposite is true and that’s often the problem. Meatless burgers are missing the texture and bite that meat has. The McPlant and impossible whopper from BK taste pretty good but the texture is too soft. Some rubbery tyre-ness would probably improve it and make it fairly indistinguishable from a QP or Big Mac. |  | | |

I actually thought he came over as quite aggressive and unpleasant at times. Not overly sorry to see him go. And that's speaking as someone who never really engaged with him so no real axe to grind. [Post edited 6 Jan 2023 14:07]
